Job Description A global IT consulting company is hiring an Infra Security Specialist.

Job Description:
- Monitor system alerts, perform system checks, investigate warnings, investigate WAF alerts, monitor SOC warnings and alerts
- Classify alerts as potential P1 / P2 cyber attacks
- Direct Coverage Team investigation activities
- Engage on-call cyber team members and infrastructure Technical Tower leaders
- Contribute to cyber response activity planning defined by SOC/CISO
- Approve any required Emergency Changes
- Orchestrate performing agreed cyber response action plan
- Perform cyber restored validation planning and testing activities
- Capture outage details and document follow-up activities
- Provide final post-outage business facing communications

RSA Support
- Add new users on RSA Server
- Allocate RSA Soft Token and generate file
- Delete users based on request
- Reset PINs

Detack Support
- Onboard the servers to Detack
- Final onboarding after troubleshoot
- Scanning of the servers, as per the set weekly frequency and sharing report

Account Recertification and password follow-up
- Data processing
- Reporting
- Contact to users (and follow-up)
- Raise account deletion / permission deleting request, and track status
- Download data from Detack
- Identify account owner
- Contact account owner to change password
- Track status
- Contact to manager of account owner for recertification

Working Hours 9:00 - 18:00（Mon - Fri); WFH available

Requirements		 - Working knowledge on Service Now, Security Aspects for IT, Security Incident Handling, Detack, Arcsight and RSA Token

*Must currently reside in Japan.
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2)
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 8000K - JPY 11000K
