Job Description 戦略企画部の一員として、ゲーム事業を中心とした戦略方針を立案し、成長を続けるグローバル市場領域に向けた当社の中期ビジョンの策定に携わっていただきます。

業務詳細
■ 事業戦略の策定（短期・中期）
■ 各種経営課題の抽出と対策の立案、トップマネジメントへの提言
■ 上記に関連する会議体や経営陣討議の運営
■ 管理部門と連携した業績進捗の管理および取り纏め
■ 国内外のグループ会社との連携
■ その他トップマネジメントからの特命案件への対応とサポート
Company Info We are involved in the planning, development, sales and operation of games and digital services for home video game consoles, PCs, and smart devices.
In addition to the series with high IP power, we provide a variety of game content for all devices, including large online titles and titles for smart devices, both domestically and internationally. We have more than 16 development and sales bases overseas, and we are expanding to the world by creating original content that captures local needs, including titles that are gaining great support in overseas markets.
In addition, utilizing the know-how and assets cultivated through the game business, we are promoting the development of original new businesses that go beyond games.

Requirements		 【必須条件】
・経営企画・事業計画・戦略策定部門における業務経験1年以上。もしくは、、ビジネス開発、マーケティング、法人営業の業務経験３年以上）
・英語ビジネスレベル（目安TOEIC800点以上）　　　
・財務知識（アカウンティング・ファイナンス）
・論理的思考力、戦略的思考力
・ゲームに関する興味関心

【あると望ましい経験】
・実務での英語経験
・内外環境分析の業務経験
・市場調査/KPI分析経験
・MBA資格保有もしくは同等の知識/経験
・ゲーム/エンタテインメント業界での経験
・コンサルティングファームやシンクタンクでの経験
