■ Application guidelines
Fast paced advanced (Tier-3) technical support operation for cloud related products from a major tech company.
Core work consists of answering global fortune 500 like companies technical support requests through email / chat and phone and or acting as a point of escalation for lower support tiers.
Additional work includes: documentation, tooling (automation and BI), process improvement and others.
・Exceptional communication skills to be able to communicate with customers stakeholders (from low tech employee to tech admin but also C-suite).
・Outstanding analytical skills to quickly mitigate and resolve technically challenging issues.
・Ability to achieve success autonomously and to self-learn in order to accommodate an environment evolving at lightning speed.
Measure of success:
・Meeting KPI targets (productivity and quality)
・Ability to shine through project related work
・Ability to identify and rectify organizational and systematic shortcomings.

【Away With Overtime Culture】
We frankly reject the way Japanese companies handle overtime. Our leaders and managers thoroughly manage daily workloads and progress in order to limit overtime as much as possible. As a general rule, overtime is not allowed at PVP except in the case of a serious emergency.

・More than one year of practical IT experience.
・Proficiency in at least on programming language, any dialect of SQL, and web development experience.

・For Japanese Centric Candidates -
-Ability to proficiently read and write English (TOEIC 600+ or equivalent)
-Japanese N2 or equivalent skill.
・1 year or more work experience.
・B.A. Degree or equivalent experience.
・Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment. Flexibility.

Fixed salary + Profit share (Company performance, years of service, performance. Depends on the achievement status of each KPI)
Monthly salary 350,000 yen ~ (* Estimated annual income 4,200,000 yen ~)
*During the provation period, Monthly salary will be 250,000~300,000 yen
* Determine based on experience, age, skills, etc.
