Job Description Skillhouse is seeking an experienced bilingual support IT engineer to provide onsite technical support for a variety of software and hardware used by internal users. The successful candidate will also contribute to the lifecycle management of IT inventory, software licenses, multimedia support, troubleshooting, on-going support of both desktop hardware & software components and multimedia event planning/support.

Skillhouse is a small, but growing specialty IT Staffing and Services Company and the IT support engineer will assist all internal users with all IT support related requirements.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Hardware and software support including desktop, basic network, application, PBAX and mobile device support
- Manage the lifecycle of all workplace equipment including procurement, inventory, provisioning and disposal (i.e. IT Inventory Management)
- Continuously create, update, and publish documentation relating to existing and new user support procedures
- Support internal IT training when required
- Support any power down execution, BCP site maintenance and support
- Partner with network support vendor to manage all workplace related projects
- Log, monitor and follow up on all incoming support requests
- Information gathering and reporting support for any incident/request/problem management and quality improvement
- Create Operation and User Manuals when needed
- General IT Vendor Management

Requirements
- Over 4 years working experience as a helpdesk engineer providing client PC support with in-depth troubleshooting experience (Hardware, Application and Software)
- In-depth knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Windows environment
- Effective communication skills
- Must be responsive and able to efficiently document all working tasks and outstanding issues
- Knowledge of Help Desk (log/track/own) Management Software

Language:
- Native Level Japanese language skill (reading/writing/speaking)
- Advanced business level English language skill (reading/writing/speaking)
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Native Level
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 4000K - JPY 4500K
