This position plays a key role in providing accurate, efficient customer support and services to each of our clients in Japan. An equally important aspect of the position is to ensure accurate processing of deregulated market transactions and/or billing of energy-related charges within the Customer Information System.
・Processing of billing information
・ Daily reporting, confirmation of processed files
・ Data management
・ Answering inquiries regarding our service
1) Contact customers and energy companies to find out their business needs and provide appropriate solutions
2) Respond to inquiries related to billing, transactions or market regulations

The ability to execute complex resolution paths with strong analytical skills to review data, analyze the situation, diagnose resolution and perform necessary actions is required. Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus is expected.
• Experience in technical support and customer support for business Applications
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
• Communication skills of Fluent level Japanese and Business level English (Write, Read, Discussion in remote meetings) are must
• Retail Energy, billing or EDI experience is a plus
• The attitude to work independently
• The high analytical ability and problem-solving ability related to data
• The ability to work with both business and technical personnel
• The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and solve problems creatively
