The Talent Acquisition Manager enables success throughout our organization. This is achieved through providing strategic input and efficient execution of overall hiring strategies and building a competitive advantage through our talented people.

The Talent Acquisition Manager works to fulfill talent needs of Emerge Talent Cloud and Technology Cloud services.

What You’ll Do:

Builds and leads an international team of talent acquisition professionals.

Create and drive the talent acquisition strategies, including workforce planning, how to source high-quality talent, how to attract and promote diversity in hiring, comprehensive employer branding initiatives, and how to streamline our talent acquisition processes.
Act as Single Point of Contact for the Senior Leadership and work closely with the local Heads of the different Divisions and Business Lines.
Lead, oversee and manage members of the recruiting team
Measures the success of our talent acquisition programs, makes recommendations for improvement, and follows through where needed.
Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
Determine recruiting KPIs and Create & present KPI reports

Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
5-7+ years of progressive talent acquisition, human resources, or people ops experience is required.(IT related industry is preferred)
Experience in a high growth environment is required.
Working knowledge of Japanese labor laws and regulations.
Proven track record of successfully attracting and retaining high quality, high impact talent.
Experience with a variety of Applicant Tracking Systems, related recruiting systems, and HR systems and databases.
A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
Experience in working remotely is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Native level Japanese or foreigners with JLPT N2 or more, Business level English

• 様々なATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)の使用経験、関連する採用システム、人事システムやデータベースの使用経験
• 自分のパフォーマンスとそれが会社の成功に与える影響について、当事者意識と誇りを持っていること
• リモートワークの経験があることが望ましい。
• MS office (ワード、エクセル、パワーポイント)に精通していること
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力/またはJLPT N2以上の日本語力をお持ちの方、ビジネスレベル以上の英語力をお持ちの方
