You will be involved in responding to inquiries (Japanese and English) from users of online payment services operated by overseas start-up companies, and in general project promotion operations.
■ User support
For inquiries (Japanese / English) about the service by e-mail or chat (some telephones), we will understand what the user really wants and make the best proposal.
■ Project promotion work
We will work with overseas operating companies to improve our services by making proposals that can be seen from our daily work, such as improvements necessary for our services and future measures.
■ Team building
The current team is small, but we plan to expand to a larger team in the future. Everyone takes leadership and works to grow as a team.
★ This project has been evaluated based on our past achievements, and we are in charge of this project as a partner for development in Japan, not as a service agency.
In addition to responding to emails, we will also contribute to the success of our clients in Japan, such as being in charge of short-term projects requested by clients and actively proposing solutions to problems in dealing with customers.
★ In order to improve the service, we will not only support users, but also take charge of inside sales and risk handling for customer success, and will be involved in improving the service while interacting with the operating company and members of other countries. I can.
There are technical and specialized contents including coding analysis, but you can start with peace of mind because there is a three-week careful training and an OJT period after that.
