At Cosentino , we are looking for a City Center Manage.
The Centers are an example of Cosentino’s total commitment to its clients, providing them with exclusive and high-quality service. The Centers combine the functions of (a) warehouse, (b) brand and product showroom, and (c) sales network.
【What will you be doing?】
The Cosentino Citys mission is to attract the Architect and Interior Designer segment and ensure the growth of share in projects market.
The Cosentino City Manager in collaboration with A&D team will close projects and ensure growth in market share.
With the focus of the creation of quality Leads, the CCM will be in charge of attracting our target audience .
-Identify leads potential and track until the close of the trade to ensure the sale
-Develop and build relationships with key architects and designers in the area
-Accelerate brand recognition with effective positioning, product training and highlighting the competitive differentiation of
-Lead and motivate the design team to grow sales and ensure brand recognition
-Manage Key Clients in the area, visits, relationship building, sales etc
-Identify strategies, priorities, and action framework ( promotion, marketing, reports, etc
-Support the team in identifying and evaluating business opportunities
-Act as a brand representative in the activities of associations, universities, etc
-Coordinate and align City's employees to ensure task completion
-Maximize synergy between sales and other commercial activities
-Capture market trends through external events, seminars, etc
-Market and co advertise based on region for all brands with corporate coordination, this includes focusing promotional
efforts on point of purchase displays (Vignettes and samples)
-Analyze, position, and execute business and make recommendations to improve efficiency and service levels
-Identify activities with potential impact on sales, in alignment with the mission of Cosentino related to City
-Planning events and activities with the City team
-Control budgets and P&L
-Analyzing the ROI of each activity
-Ensure the execution of events in accordance with the company's policies

-3+ Management of small teams
-5+ Experience in Sales in the construction or technical sector
-5+ Knowledge of the construction market, architects, and interior designers.
-University Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business Administration, etc (Possible Technical Sales)
-Skill in generating sales reports, expenses, visits etc
-Successful management of team, marketing, customer service, business operations
-Knowledge of the construction sector
-Knowledge in sales cycle in the sector.
-Salesforce, and other order management systems
Plus: proven knowledge of the sector.
