Job Description |
This is a job that contributes to business expansion by promptly responding to inquiries from corporate customers who use the services of a rapidly growing foreign-affiliated electronic payment company. (Example: Inquiries about deposit methods, etc.) The market in charge includes the United Kingdom, so it is a job where you can utilize your English proficiency. -Responding to inquiries from corporate customers (telephone, email, chat) -Scrutiny of problems, handing over to related departments as necessary ・ Follow-up -Sharing knowledge and cases within the team, improving one's own skills and knowledge for business improvement |

Job Requirements |
-University graduates and above with 3 years or more of call center or BPO industry experience (If you are a professional graduate or above and have long experience in the industry, you can apply) -Has business etiquette and is good at communicating over the phone -Those with high communication skills and strong stress tolerance -Fluent English -PC skills that do not interfere with work |
