The accrual date and payment method for the fees for the services provided by Human Global Talent Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to Human Global Talent) will vary as set out below according to the type of the Website in question. Furthermore, the definitions of the words and terms used to describe the “Provision on Payment of Fees” (hereinafter referred to as “the Provision”) follow the definitions of the “Human Global Talent Co., Ltd.-Recruiting Company Membership: Common Terms of Use of Service,” unless otherwise stipulated.

Article 1: Definitions

The words and terms used herein shall be defined as follows:

1. “Overseas” shall mean any country other than Japan.
2. “Daijob.com” shall mean the services provided based on the recruitment website https://www.daijob.com/ used primarily by bilingual personnel residing in Japan.
3. “Working Abroad” shall mean the services provided based on the recruitment website https://workingabroad.daijob.com/ used primarily by personnel currently residing in Japan and aspiring to work overseas.
4. “Working Abroad World Wide” shall mean the services provided based on the recruitment website https://workingabroad.daijob.com/en/ used primarily by personnel currently residing overseas and aspiring to work overseas.
5. “All Services” shall collectively mean all services described from (2) to (4) above.

Article 2: Accrual Date of Fees

The accrual date of fees for All Services is as follows.

1. Daijob.com
   The date on which Human Global Talent notifies the Member Company of the ID and password required for listing information on Daijob.com.
2. Working Abroad
   The date on which Human Global Talent notifies the Member Company of the ID and password required for listing information on Daijob.com.
3. Working Abroad World Wide
   The date on which Human Global Talent lists Job Information for the Member Company on Working Abroad World Wide.

Article 3: Payment Date of Fees

As a general principle, fees are paid via the payment website listed in the Terms of Application; however, notwithstanding the provisions of the previous article, prepayment in full is required for some services (payment of fees prior to the listing of Job Information and the notification of IDs and passwords).
Payment of the fees does not guarantee that services will be provided by the company; even if the fees are paid, Human Global Talent may refuse to list the contents in question in some cases based on the regulations set out in the “Human Global Talent Co., Ltd.-Recruiting Company Membership: Common Terms of Use of Service” and “Provision on Job Information Listing on Daijob.com.”

Supplementary Provision

This Provision shall come into force from 1 April 2016.
