| 仕事内容 | Ø 自動車諸元価格データベースの新規或いは既存顧客向けサービスの企画、サポート業務。 Ø 顧客からの問い合わせ対応（ソフトウェア使用方法、データ検証、分析サポートなど）。 Ø 製品トレーニングの企画・立案・運営（対象は自動車メーカーやインポーターの商品企画や海外部署が中心）。 Ø 日本の顧客からの要望と海外の製品開発との橋渡し。 Ø ユーザー企業に向けた他の製品やコンサルティングサービスの営 業サポート。 仕事内容―詳細 · 製品ユーザーの日本での窓口責任者として、ユーザー企業と良好でプロフェッショナルな関係を築くこと。 · ユーザーからの要望、システムやデータに関する問題を、海外の製品戦略や開発チームにフィードバックし、解決策を提案すること。 · ユーザー企業の業務内容の理解に努め、的確な製品の利用提案で顧客の要望を満たすこと。 · 海外チームと協力の上、製品トレーニングを企画し実施すること。 · 契約更新や新規案件の際にセールスチームをサポートすること。 · ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語を駆使して、業務を遂行すること。 Position Overview Ø Manage and support a Polk global vehicle information product to new and existing customers based in Japan Ø Act as a subject matter expert in terms of software use, data verification and / or analytical support Ø Plan, develop and execute product training programs to clients (to mainly automotive manufacturer / importer product planning and / or marketing teams) Ø Support the on-going global product development team by applying Japan based experience and expertise Ø Assist the sales team through client interaction with additional up-selling and cross-selling opportunities related to other global Polk products and information consulting services Key Activities / Responsibilities · Be responsible for the development of relationships with system users; act as a system support point-of-contact in Japan. Ensure the maintenance of good and professional relationships at all levels within customer organization · Communicate customer business requirements / system and or data issues to global product strategy and development teams; taking issues to management when needed and creating mitigation plans · Support on-going product development by applying Japan based experience and expertise, coordinating all data / application enquiries that are received from Japan based customers · Understand client’s business requirements and drive fulfilment by developing a strong knowledge of vehicle information including, how it is collated, the purpose and strategic value of data, and to provide analytical assistance to clients when required · Plan and implement client-based application training programs; coordinate training with global solution teams · Support Polk sales staff to drive contract renewals and develop new business opportunities · Perform all professional tasks in native business level in English and Japanese |

| 応募条件 | 仕事内容―詳細 · 製品ユーザーの日本での窓口責任者として、ユーザー企業と良好でプロフェッショナルな関係を築くこと。 · ユーザーからの要望、システムやデータに関する問題を、海外の製品戦略や開発チームにフィードバックし、解決策を提案すること。 · ユーザー企業の業務内容の理解に努め、的確な製品の利用提案で顧客の要望を満たすこと。 · 海外チームと協力の上、製品トレーニングを企画し実施すること。 · 契約更新や新規案件の際にセールスチームをサポートすること。 · ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語を駆使して、業務を遂行すること。 教育／資格 -四大卒か同等レベル -日本語・英語ネイティブレベル（TOEIC 850 -） -IT知識はあるほうが望ましい。必要とする職務経験 -日本或いは海外での自動車業界経験5年以上 -顧客開拓及び管理経験 -コンサルタント営業経験 -ハードウェア及びソフトウェアのトレーニング講師経験優遇優遇する職務能力 -分析リポートを非技術系の顧客に対し、提供・解説できる能力 -顧客の要望やクレームに対応する能力 -日本や海外の企業文化の違いに理解があること -カスタマーサポートとプレゼンテーション能力に長けていること -Microsoft Officeの操作に長けていること（Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Project, Outlook） その他要件 -海外オフィスへの出張有（1－2週間の製品トレーニングや研修）- 繁忙期残業週5－10時間程度- その他必要に応じた要件 Education / Qualifications: - Bachelors level degree or equivalent - Native level Japanese and English (TOEIC 850 or above) - IT experience (preferable but not essential) Work Experience: - Minimum 5 years experience in the automotive industry in Japan and / or abroad - Demonstrated experience in managing and developing client relationships - Ability to work at off-site locations as a solution consultant - Experience in conducting small training sessions (up to 10 people) in a computer based environment (preferable but not essential) Professional Experience: - Ability to prepare and explain analytical reports to non-technical people - Possess the ability to anticipate and handle difficult customer situations if they arise - Strong cultural awareness of global customers in Japan - Excellent customer service and presentation skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook Other Requirements - Travel to other Polk global offices for training and / or product development exercises - During peak periods of activity, overtime may be required to meet certain client deadlines - Any other reasonable duties, as requested management |
