| 仕事内容 | Support the Treasury team of local and overseas operations 日本と他の地域の資金調達業務 Roles and Responsibilities • Daily funding activities dealing money/capital market and derivative transactions • Regularly liaise with banking partners and negotiate borrowing terms and conditions • Co-ordinate and review treasury related documents such as bilateral loan agreement, CP and MTN program documents and ISDA • Analysis of interest rate risks and Asset Liability Management • Various reporting to the local management and Headquarters • Ad-hoc treasury related projects This position will also be involved in Japan ABS Middle Office with the following details. • Processing portfolio data and creating reports for monthly ABS operation. • Creating payment slips and other required documents for monthly ABS settlement • Other ABS related regular works • On-going portfolio analysis for ABS program 職務内容 • 日々の資金調達活動 • 定期的な銀行との連絡および借入条件等の交渉 • 銀行借り入れにかかる契約書、CPプログラム、MTNプログラムのドキュメンテーション、ならびにISDA関連の書類の取り纏めおよび確認 • Asset Liability Management • 社内：マネジメント、社外：本社、アジア・太平洋本部への各種レポート このポジションは下記ABS（資産証券化）ミドルオフィス業務にも携わります。 • 月次ABSミドルオフィス業務として、ポートフォリオデータの加工およびレポートの作成 • ABSの月次決済のための支払伝票および他の帳票類の作成 • その他のABSに関する業務 • 継続的なABSポートフォリオデータの分析 |

| 応募条件 | a) Education/ Work Experience/ Skills • University/college graduate (i.e. bachelor’s degree or higher) • Minimum three years of banking experience or international corporate treasury • A few years of treasury front office experience • Treasury exposure and exposure and knowledge of Asia Pacific financial markets • ABS knowledge and experience would be an advantage • SAP knowledge and experience would be an advantage • Good command of Bloomberg/Reuters would be an advantage b) Personal profile • Language skills: o Japanese – native level o English – business level (in word and writing) • Good communication skills • Team player • Proactive, meticulous, independent and self confident • Positive attitude • Willing to learn and challenge new things (self-learner) a) 学歴・職務経験・スキル • 大学卒 （学部卒以上） • 最低3年間の銀行又は金融機関での業務経験 （現状のチーム人員構成にマッチさせるため、25－28歳くらいが望ましい） • トレジャリー・フロントオフィスでの経験 • 資金調達関連業務のご経験、ならびにアジア・パシフィック地域の金融・資本市場の知識 • ABSに関する知識・経験優遇 • SAPの知識・経験優遇 b) 求められる人物像 • 日本語および理想的には英語での高いコミュニケーション能力 • チームプレーヤーであり、会社および部署の目的遂行のための方法を前向き且つ積極的に探せる方 • プロアクティブで、緻密であり、独立心がある方 • 新しいことを学びチャレンジすることに前向きな方 • 自発的に新しい機会を見つけ追及できる方 |
