| 仕事内容 | 1.Summary Statement/Objective of Position: Provides overall project leadership through complete project life cycle from bid preparation through project execution until final closure of a project. This includes facilitating the decision making process throughout the project, interpretation of the contract documents, providing the interface between the company and customer, as well as all functions as needed to successfully complete the project profitability goals and project schedule. Must lead in a team environment. 2.Supervises: No direct supervisory responsibility for personnel but must supervise the activities of the project team which, depending upon the size of the project, can have representatives from almost every department at the company. A senior leadership position working under general supervision. 3.Primary Responsibilities: -Accountable for the total project and responsible for project profit throughout the Proposal, Basic Engineering, Production, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Installation phases of the project including management of NCR’s and claims. -Jointly with the Sales Manager, develop and provide timely, comprehensive, accurate, specification responsive, and competitive proposals to support Company strategies and goals. -Develop customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. -Leads development, monitors, and controls the project schedule from bid preparation throughout project execution, including definition of the major milestones for the project. -Monitor and control all operations from bid preparation throughout project execution to ensure compliance with the bidding schedule and project plan and manage variances to the plan. Coordinate with other project managers to establish priorities for scheduling issues. -Jointly establish with Cost Controls & Financial Accounting the requirements for controlling the project including profitability and currency exchange. -Establish, make assignment, and assure completion of documentation required for the project for commissioning, installation, and operation/maintenance. Takes ownership of all Project documentation released for the project. -Facilitate decisions that involve multiple functions including costs, schedule, and priorities. -Establish project interface between company, customers and/or consultants with definition of interface through Sales Managers. -Manage and co-ordinate with Purchasing the major supplies, including Balance of Plant equipment and other components from other OU’s or third party sources. -Contribute to short and long-term objectives of the Company for process improvement and standardization |

| 応募条件 | 1.Education: College / University degree, preferably Electrical or Mechnical Engineering, English Language proficiency 2.Special Knowledge or Skills: Knowledge of Plant Engineering products and processes, preferably Power Generation Equipment. Project Management Skills — Leadership, Scheduling and Project Cost Control 3.Prior Experience : -Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing international projects of large capital equipment and highly engineered, made to order capital equipment -Experience in the Electric Utility/Power Generation Industry is a plus -Minimum: international plant engineering industry (manufacturer, consultant) 4.Other Qualifications or Requirements: -Skill to work effectively with computer-aided software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project Management software -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -International travel will be required. |
