| 仕事内容 | ・Maximize customer satisfaction level, managing customer support activities ・Monitor the service status, products quality and establish countermeasures based on data analysis ・Provide technical support and qualification training to customers ・Liaison work between plants and customers ・Evaluation for performance of service activities (warranty, policy claims, satisfaction, etc.) ・Decision making on proactive customer support plans for field failures and plant issues ・Monthly report for field major issues & quality status and regular quality meeting with plant and Asia Pacific ・Support Customer Support leader on achieving target and team strategies ・Collaborate with Headquarter and worldwide entities, marketing and engineering team ・Compliance with company policies and business conduct |

| 応募条件 | •5~6 years work experience in related area •Fluent English skill in writing and speaking •Skillful for MS office •Excellent interpersonal skill •Able to overseas business travel & frequent business travel in domestic •Graduate from University of Technical/Mechanical Engineering •Preferred experience on Engine assembly and test |
