| 仕事内容 | The Store System Analyst will be responsible for the development, improvement and support on the existing POS system, In-store Inventory system which will be introduced by Store Inventory Project (SIM) in 2nd half FY09. In this role, the person will be required to understand the business needs, which mainly come from retail, and implement the appropriate technology solutions. ・Responsible for designing, analysis, and ongoing maintenance/support for POS and related Store Systems, including all its data and user interface ・Understand Business Process and be the interpreter of business as Business/System Analyst ・Responsibilities include: defining the user requirements, designing the functional solution, support the configuration of application, providing guidance to US analysts and/or possibly Japan local vendors, systems testing, coordinating user testing, support implementation and turn over, and managing preparation of training / user manuals and system documentation ・Work directly with US team and/or, US/Japan local vendors to improve and maintain the systems in the responsibility ・Support day-to-day activities as in-county 3rd level support (including holiday, year end support etc) |

| 応募条件 | Required Skills/Experiences: ・Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years Store Front-end System (POS, Inventory Management etc) experience including analysis of business requirements, designing and testing ・A minimum 2 years of experience of system support to users in the targeted area is required ・Basic SQL and Oracle Database Knowledge ・Deep knowledge of Japanese Retail Business (especially Department Store Business) is required ・Knowledge of IS project management, such as Fit/Gap analysis, design review and software testing is required ・Strong communication and facilitation skills in both in Japanese and English ・Experience in partnering with business users and other IS team members to design and implement systems solution ・Adaptable and flexible person ・Person who has strong sense of responsibility Desired Skills: ・Basic Visual Basic (.Net preferred) Knowledge ・Knowledge of Retail back office functions / systems is plus ・PMP, ITC or corresponded certifications are plus Desired competencies: ・Belief in the Brand ・Commitment to Excellence ・Passion ・Focus ・Motivated to seize opportunities ・Tenacity ・Knowledge driven ・Comfortable with change and ambiguity ・Organized person who can stimulate & motivate ・An ability to work in a collaborative manner |
