| 仕事内容 | •Industrial engine sales to Japanese OEMs, Dealers and Users •Promote engine sales to customers and manage engine business to increase customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION: •Interface with OEMs, JR companies, Defense Force and dealers as account representative to understand their power needs. •Work with Customer Engineer to specify the products. •Meet or exceed the departmental sales plan for gross profit & revenue on sales of engines and value items. •Provide appropriate technical support to each customer/prospect. •Generate new business opportunities for the company •Achieve regular coverage of the customer base by personal visits. •Communicate / report effectively between the Company and its customers. |

| 応募条件 | Functional Skills: •Written and oral communication skill. •Sales skill. •Contract negotiation •Project Management •Basic English communication skills (Toeic score 600 points or above) Ability and Knowledge: •Working knowledge of diesel engines and their application into the relevant market place. •Basic commercial knowledge for the business with OEM customers. •Team work •Integrity •Respecting Diversity. •Work effectively with individuals in all organization of headquarter and the other plants. |
