| 仕事内容 | The IS Analyst – Finance/HR will be responsible for the improvement and support on information systems, which is utilized by Finance Group and HR. Those systems would include, but not limited, SAP FI / CO modules, Comshare and HR systems (Payroll, T&A). In this role, the person will be required to understand the business processes & needs, seek improvement area and implement the appropriate technology solutions to achieve the group’s & IS’s goal for leading company success. Responsibilities include: •Plan enhancement of existing systems and/or new system/module implementation with defining the user requirements/scope, designing the functional and technical solution, support the configuration of systems, providing guidance to US programmers, system testing, coordinating user testing, support implementation and turn over, and management including preparation of training / user manuals and system documentation •Suppor systems in production and work for resolution for any issues identified •Work directly with US team to improve and maintain the systems in the responsibility for SAP FICO •Work directly with external partners for HR systems •Familiarity on configuration SAP IMG for FICO •Oversee periodic (D/M/Y) activities in the system and processes in the responsibility |

| 応募条件 | Requirements/Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years finance system experience including analysis of business requirements, designing and developing of programs and testing itself •A minimum 3 years of experience of SAP or ERP system applications with implementation and support phase of the project is desired •Experience in SAP Inventory Management and Fixed Asset at desired •Technical skill of ABAP is desired •Experiences in HR systems is desired •Experience in developing interface between systems, is preferred •Strong communication and facilitation skills in Japanese, primary, and in English secondary, experience in partnering with business users and other IS team members to design and implement systems solutions •Strong inter-personal and organization skills and initiative •Adaptable and flexible person •Person who has strong sense of responsibility |
