| 仕事内容 | The Project Manager – Product Development will lead Development of Consumer Electronics Products (Digital Still Camera, Media Player, et al). He has strong communication skill to work with Customer and internal WW(World Wide) organizations. The Project Manager will closely work with customers and external partners in World Wide to develop new Consumer Electronics products. The Project Manager will work with the development team both in Japan and other countries to achieve customer requirements, Development Schedule, Development Expense, Product Cost and Quality. The project manager leads development team which consists of Electrical Design, Mechanical Design, Software Design, Manufacturing Preparation, and Quality Assurance. This includes the following responsibilities: •Plan and execute resource management from start of development to manufacturing lamp •Communicate with WW development/manufacturing team •Report project status to Customers and internal WW managements •Plan and manage Project Schedule, Project Cost, Product Cost and Project Risks •Negotiate with and resolve confrontation with development/manufacturing team in Japan and in other countries •Communicate with WW manufacturing plant to achieve manufacturing lamp of the product |

| 企業について（社風など） | Required (Must Have) •BSc/MSc in Scientific/Engineering/Technical Discipline •3-5yrs of experience in Project Management with a proven record of success •Experience and working knowledge for Electrical design, Mechanical design, Software design and/or Manufacturing of Consumer Electronics products. •Experience and working knowledge of Product Management with 3rd party vendors, component vendors, external partners and customers. •Strong English and Japanese skill enough for telecommunication •Strong Leadership skill, sufficient Technical Skills and Development Process skills. Desired (Nice to Have) •PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification provided by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) |
