| 仕事内容 | Position Title: Application System Engineer Number of Positions: 1 自動車のTier１/ 2 でマニュファクチュアリングサポートをしていた方か、エンジニアのＣＡＤサポートをしていた経験のある方大歓迎！ Function: a. The position supports QAD users (incl. but not limited to, Customer Business Group, Finance, Materials Management, Manufacturing, PD) for their day-to-day operational needs and drives system improvement and its implementation. b. The position is also requested to facilitate the rollout of the upgraded QAD’s MfgPro software in Japan. c. The position reports to IT Manager in Japan and indirectly to AP QAD Launch manager Detailed responsibilities (not limited to): a. Focus on plant supply chain strategy and an integrated system solution to support b. Analyze impact of proposed business changes and assist in organizational readiness and implementation c. Facilitate definition and implementation of plant/core processes including; shop floor systems supporting manufacturing, customer order management, MRP, production planning, production execution, supplier forecasting, JIT releasing, internal and external kanban management, receiving and shipping d. Adhere to project plan deliverables including; business requirements definition, design and test of system to validate support of business requirements, master data definition and discovery, end user training, cutover and post launch process validation and support. e. | 応募条件 | Position Requirements (Skill and Experience) a. More than 3years in plant operations role utilizing ERP/MRP systems (preferably Japanese auto industry) (QAD experience is desirable), including some (not all) of the following; manufacturing and/or shop floor error proofing system, Demand Management cycle, Production scheduling, Understands the role of key master data settings, which impact schedules and MRP runs, Lean manufacturing; including kanban, Barcode/RF experience, Lot traceability, receiving process. b. English capability (reading and writing) |
