| 仕事内容 | * Work closely with other departments in order to set up the appropriate standard for material, semi finish products, products etc. Reponsible for setting the appropriate manufacturing cost, price. * Identify, check and report the gap between the calulated cost on time and provide ways for improvement. * Prepare the annual, quarterly, monthly report for Price, Inventory amount. Including Price setting, Inventory amount of each department, Manufacturing cost, Dead stocks etc. * Provide update annual, quarterly, monthly reports on cost and inventory required by headquarter. * Job assignment within the manufacturing cost accounting group and the manufacturing group. Advise and support staffs based on the company policy. * Advise and lead members of the group based on the manufacturing policy in order to fulfill the annual target. * Improve operating process and make changes need. * Staff training which included planning and implementing staff training projects. * Check the performance of the department. To check if the operations of department is carrying efficiently and smoothly. * Periodical, timely report to head of the cost accounting department. * Attend in manufacturing meetings and report the issues in a timely manner. |

| 応募条件 | * More than 5 years working experience as an accountant in the manufacturing industry. * More than 3 years experience in cost accounting in the manufacturing industry. * More than 2 years experience in staff management. * Experience in ERP, MRP is highly preferrd. * PC Skills. (Word, Excel etc.) * Basic knowledge in factory management, accounting, manufacturing, production planning, logistic, purchase and inventory. |
