| 仕事内容 | * Program, develop or make application settings changes that meet requirements defined by and documented by the business. * Thoroughly test and debug all new programs, changes to programs, system changes, and application changes. * Thoroughly document all new programs, changes to programs, system changes, and application changes. * Make sure end user testing and acceptance I received before all new programs, changes to programs, system changes, and application changes are moved to production. * Help define functional requirements in the form of defining what the system, process, or service must do to fulfill business requirements. * Help define non-functional business requirements such as performance, scalability, security and usability requirements. * Help define report specifications such as the purpose of the report, justification for the report, report attributes and columns, runtime parameters, and execution schedules. * Project management support of medium to large business driven IT projects. Because of size of department the Business Analyst may be asked to play a dual role of both business analyst and project manager. * Provide expertise in the modeling/mapping of business processes. * Conduct or support the execution of as-is/to-be business processes. * Instrumental in business process re-engineering (BPR) and involved in change management exercises. * Develop basic skills in using process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio or Aris Sofware. * Develop basic skills in manageing project schedules and resources using proven project management tools such as Microsoft Project. * Document meeting notes and set action plans based on meeting contents. * Bring necessary personal to meetings to define project requirements and deliverables. * Strongly enforce documented Change Management Controls and make sure projects have proper business owner authorization. |

| 応募条件 | * More than 3 years experience in a development or system setup and maintenance role. * Deep understanding and experience with necessary programming languages and tools to support and maintain systems and solutions such as Oracle Tool Development for Enterprise One, C, Visual Basic, Java, Web Methods etc. * Strong time management and prioritization capabilities * Ability to apply analytical thought to a business issues and translate documented business workflows into system change. * Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Oracle/JD Edwards. * Strong project management skills and experience. * Experience in working in a global company or a subsidiary of a foreign company preferred. |
