| 仕事内容 | * Asset Managers: Our client is currently expanding its asset management capabilities in response to a growth in requests from investors for quality 3rd party asset management services in Japan. In total, the firm will be managing a portfolio of client’s assets totalling around $1 billion. These portfolios will be a mixture of assets including residential, office, retail and industrial. * Responsibilities: •The Asset Management team is responsible for generate strategies and solutions to assist clients in effectively assessing their property investment and maximizing its performance and value over its lifetime. •Work with the asset management team to assess client’s portfolio and provide clear recommendation to clients on appropriate strategies and initiatives to pursue to maximise investment value. •Generate ideas to really make property investments perform •Reviewal of tenant line up, lease terms, accommodation and services within client properties against current market conditions including tenant demand, end investor demand, property supply and developing trends •Propose and implement strategies regarding lease re-gearing, improving tenant mix, additional income generation ideas, re-branding and marketing, refurbishment and development opportunities, sales and acquisitions •As individual account managers to their clients, asset managers must ensure the highest standard of service at all times. •Act as a link to other services, if required by the client |

| 応募条件 | * Requirements: •Direct asset management experience would be ideal, but candidates from leasing, brokerage and property management background will also be considered •Takken License preferred •Native level Japanese language skills are essential – English language skills preferred, but fluency not essential providing the candidate can understand written English |
