| 仕事内容 | -Manage the operation and administration of QA function for all product areas. -Communicate quality requirements, inspection policies and procedures to new factories and inspection centers. to ensure that production will meet company's requirement. -Implement quality control policies and procedures as directed by senior management to ensure conformity with legal and corporate specifications and standard. -Lead change initiatives as we integrate the Japan businesses. -Assist merchandising team in commercial decisions. -Develop, lead and motivate staff. -Work on special projects as and when assigned. -Set up procedure/system to gather market intelligence on industry practices. |
