If the above sounds like you then please read on: The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for the effective delivery of our IT and Administrative staffing services to our Clients, allowing our Clients to fill their job vacancies with the best available candidates. These vacancies can be Permanent or Contract roles, and can range from entry-level staff to senior management positions. The success of Skillhouse is driven by the success of our Account Executives. Our AEs are required to work with integrity and a strong sense of urgency to deliver a superior level of service to our Clients, Candidates and Contract Staff. Managing the Fulfillment Process: • Advise and consult Clients on their open position requirements • Document role-specific requirements (i.e. produce quality job descriptions & web advertising) • Work with internal partners to identify & screen suitable candidates • Submit candidate applications to Clients • Prepare and accompany candidates to interview • Manage the interview process (i.e. feedback, objections, further interview scheduling, etc.) • Conduct negotiations for Contract and Permanent offers to ensure a win-win scenario for all parties concerned Working Staff (Contractor) Management: • In partnership with internal teams and our Clients, ensure our Working Staff enjoy a successful and productive time on-site at our Clients • Initiate and manage the contract renewal process • Initiate and manage the conversion process in situations where the Client wishes to convert Working Staff to full-time employees of the Client Other Duties: • Various regular and ad-hoc duties as required, including providing expert advice on the staffing market to internal partners, timely submission of reports to management, and so on |

| 応募条件 | • A track record of success in client facing, Business-to-Business sales in at least one highly competitive, results-driven industry (the staffing/recruiting industry is preferred, but not essential) • Strong new business development skills, including skills in cold calling, networking, etc. • Excellent Account Management skills, with a history of success in key account management and expanding business opportunities within clients • A genuine and strong desire to deliver superior service to Clients, Candidates and Contract Staff • A positive and outgoing personality; a sense of urgency and a sense of fun • Outstanding communications skills – verbal and written • Business level English and Japanese skills |
