仕事内容 -プロジェクト全体の直接的な監督
-すべてのプロジェクトにイニシアティブを持ち、リスク管理できる手段で取り組む
-サプライヤーとの連携とその管理
-サプライヤーサービスとそのパフォーマンスの管理
-地域予算とアドミニの管理

-Finance and Services Management for all premises cost accounting and soft services including Residential Lease Management
-Overall supervision and direction for all project management activities covering both major projects and MAC activity
-Face off to senior management, locally, across APAC and globally as a strong leader and change agent for CRES and GS in Tokyo
-Ownership of all projects and activities, ensuring that said works are executed against the agreed plan in a manner that is risk focused
-Directly manages and liaises with supplier resources for the day-to-day delivery of procurement services, including sourcing, purchasing & related support, travel management, systems and helpdesk support, etc.
-Monitors Supplier service and performance delivery to ensure that needs are adequately met; escalates service performance issues as needed for timely resolution
-Manages regional budget and administers all personnel matters (scheduling, compensation, development, succession-planning, recruiting etc.)

-経営学、不動産に関する学問を学んだ方
-複雑な資本プロジェクトを経験し、それを達成された方
-日本の不動産マーケットにおける実務経験をお持ちの方
-英語:流暢レベル以上
-日本語:流暢レベル以上(外国人の方はビジネスレベル以上)
-ファイナンスモデルへの理解と、リスクマネジメントスキル
-高いプレゼンテーション能力

-望ましい-
-MBA
-不動産投資、不動産マネジメントの学位
-金融機関もしくは証券会社における10-15年の不動産関連の実務経験

-Essential-
-Good first degree in a relevant discipline including Business Administration, Real Estate etc
-A continuous track record of achievement in delivering Hard and Soft Facilities Services in a large Corporate Organisation. The candidate will also be experienced in delivering complex capital projects with challenging timelines whilst operating within a matrix environment.
-Has experiences in the Japanese Facilities market, but an exceptional candidate with experience of other markets will be considered.
-A bilingual native level Japanese , comfortable and enthusiastic to work in a -Global Foreign Financial Company OR a foreigner with a Japanese level where they can conduct day to day “Managerial” duties (read/comprehend vendor contracts, participate in all Japanese meetings, etc)
-Financially articulate – able to understand financial models and cost / benefit analyses as well as having strong cost and risk management skills; controlling and book keeping knowledge.
-Well developed strategic and analytical skills.
-Highly polished presentation skills. Ability to present and persuade in local and global forums using a variety of media
-Japanese (read and write) / English (strong business level) TOEIC 700+
-Leadership, Communication, drive
-Team Player – Ability, outlook and attitude with demonstrable capability to succeed in the role and assume the overall Head position.
-This should be based on track record and achievements to date and not on potential.

-Desirable-
-Degree in Property Management/Engineering
-MBA in a relevant discipline
-Complete Bilingual candidate who can fully understand and contribute in all aspects in Japanese and can also communicate with Global top level people in English
-10-15 years experience in delivering Hard and Soft Facilities Services in -Finance and especially in Securities
-Fully understand the challenges in Infrastructure Management

日本語能力 流暢(日本語能力試験1級)
年俸 1000万円 〜 1400万円
