| 仕事内容 | * Manage the overall recruitment and selection process and ensure an adequate supply of manpower with the required skill sets across the organization. * Develop and implement the succession plan for each function in order to enforce mid to long term organization strength. * Develop and implement individual career planning process for retaining talents, work closely with the training manager. * Manage headcount reporting/ forecast. * Develop recruitment plan in line with organization growth plan. * Consults with the management within the specific functions to determine and measure staffing needs and process requirements to meet the business objectives. * Designs appropriate best practice but cost effective staffing sloutions by using recruiting agencies, e-recruitment, campus recruiting, referral etc. * Manages and assess the recruiting services offered to the company through external providers. * Work with corporate to accuire approvals and implement golobal initiatives. * Manage recruitment budget. * Other related task as necessary or as required by the manager. |
