| 仕事内容 | 【JOB FUNCTION】 The leader supervises, controls and leads the production operations. This plant manager leads manufacturing, quality control, supply chain and logistics, maintenance,cost control, EH&S, training, communication with internal and external parties. Plant Manager will target and lead efforts to continuous improve and optimize plant network. There are 2 plants, 6 dilution stations and 3 stocking points. 【DUTIES】 ?Be an advisor to General manager suggesting ways to optimize operations for competitive advantage ?Lead the manufacturing operations. Coordination with other departments regarding production issues or projects. Improve customer satisfaction through quality. ?Drive productivity and reduce Manufacturing Variance through self identified and directed projects agreed to by North Asia Manufacturing lead and Japan GM. ?Promote his ideas to improve operations. Execute agreed to projects, e.g. cost saving projects, inventory control, FA reduction ?Leverage global operation expertise to bring best practices to GCKK operations ?Annual Planning: Annual Operation Plan, Capital Planning, Annual goal, Performance Development Review, Training ?Monthly reporting, review and analysis ?Co-ordinate and support the dilution stations and drive improvements with partners ※REPORTS TO：General Manager, Grace Chemicals |

| 応募条件 | 【SKILLS & ABILITIES】 ■10 years of production/operation experience and 3 years of managerial working experience. Working in multinational corporation preferred ■Line Operations leadership preferred ■University graduated in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering preferred; Engineering background required ■Strong organizational, problem solving skills ■Good vertical and horizontal communication skills ■Aggressive, self-motivated, independent and eager to take on additional assignments ■Good command in written and spoken English & Japanese ■Knowledge with ISO9001 and EHS management system ■Knowledge or experience 6-sigma and LEAN is an advantage ■Proficient in computer operation (MS Word and Excel)【学歴】大卒以上 |
