| 仕事内容 | The Innovation Manager for Developed Markets will be responsible for building a strong innovation pipeline for existing brands in Japan and for potential expansion to other developed white spaces in the region. •To develop and manage a robust pipeline for Category innovation for 3 year horizon in conjunction with plans/priorities of the Japan BU and management of the said pipeline •To deliver agreed goals on innovation projects, ranging from ideation to initial developments, based on innovation platforms, including strategic fit within Cadbury Japan’s business and APAC regional goals. •To liaise with Regional/Global category innovation team and the global marketing team in order to capture key global priorities and to leverage key developments, proposing and sharing with Japan brand team. •To work with cross functional teams in Japan to lead category innovation projects in Japan •To transfer concepts/product ideas from Japan to the Regional/Global team •To initiate or maintain ongoing interaction and influence on Brand team, S&T(R&D), and Sales teams to ensure the progress of innovation projects within agreed timelines and the delivery of agreed goals. This roles are a sort of Brand Managaer - Upstream roles. Strategic planning for 2-3 years forward for future commercialization by using global resources and needs, closely working with global CIC (Category Innovation Center) members. |

| 応募条件 | •Graduate (preferably MBA with a marketing specialization) •Around 10 years working experience with 5-7 yrs of experience in roles in Marketing and/or Innovation. •Experience in food / beverage industry preferred •Experience in working with cross functional teams. Proven track record of effectiveness in such situations is a pre-requisite •Experience on the product category and knowledge of the Japanese market/consumer is highly desirable. •the candidate must be bi-lingual (Japanese and English) •Prior supervisory experience a plus •Strong analytical and computer skills (proficiency in all MS office applications, SRI) a plus |
