| 仕事内容 | Joining an experienced team in the Securitised Products Group, specializing in product control for Japan and other Asian locations, you will develop your skills in trust structures, non-performing loans, and special purpose vehicles. This area is experiencing a period of unprecedented growth both in terms of product development as well as geographically (Japan, China, India and other Asia Pacific countries). *Responsibilities: -Manage a team of 4 responsible for the accounting, financial control and valuation aspects of the Business Units - Preparing and reporting the daily profit and loss - Preparation of analysis and commentary on significant profit and loss items with reference to specific transactions and broader market fundamentals. - Preparation of deal and other management reports - Preparation and analysis of the monthly mark review process, and other financial reporting requirements - Improve efficiency of processes and procedures - Close interaction with the business units, global controllers, and operations, legal and tax departments - Valuation and modeling support for pre securitisation loans portfolios - Valuation review of principal investment positions - Coordination with internal and external audit - Maintain Sarbanes Oxley s404 certification process and compliance |
