| 仕事内容 | Top leading investment bank is looking for voice integration engineer! Position Objective The regional Core Infrastructure Voice Integration Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing Voice solutions based on business requirements and/or global designs. Position Responsibilities - Responsible for testing and implementation of potential Voice system and associated products throughout the Japan region. - Develop an in depth understanding of Voice technology products throughout the Japan region - Participate from a technical perspective in the development of RFP/RFI processes for solution proposals. - Documentation of regional Integration team functions and processes. - Minimum of 3 - 5 years IT network experience in infrastructure administration, installation and design role. - In depth knowledge on Avaya PBX, IPC Turrent, CMS, Adjunts (ie, VoiceMail system, Loggers, IVR). - Installation, Maintenance and Administration of enterprise Voice environment. - Understanding on Japan telecom market to provision various type of data/voice circuits to meet customer need - Especially, Call Center experience with Avaya CMS and IVR equipment is big plus. |
