| 仕事内容 | Senior Project Manager, Embedded Professional Services Key Responsibilities As part of the worldwide professional services organization, you will manage professional services projects integrating software into embedded platforms and applications for major companies. Your main responsibilities include: Manage one large or multiple smaller projects directly or with other project managers in the team, taking full accountability for project planning and execution Act as the primary interface to Japanese customers throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate project execution with team leaders and specialists in local and international offices (Europe,USA and AsPac) Support embedded Sales Account Managers by providing technical information and assistance for new opportunities in Japan Establish and maintain smooth communication and a solid and productive relationship with the customer through regular reporting, meeting and follow-up Provide diligent internal reports on project status and revenue tracking Advance Products and Services by getting our technology out into the real world Contribute to research and technology agendas by providing input from customers and trends observed in Japanese customer projects You will be based in Tokyo (Japan) offices and will travel a few times per year to our other development sites to work with the domain experts located in each site. You will report to the Manager of Embedded Professional Services, Tokyo. |

| 応募条件 | Minimum 3 years customer-facing experience managing the full life cycle of complex embedded technology projects Proven skills working directly with Japanese customers Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Japanese & English is a must Experience with embedded hardware platforms, operating systems, and software development Minimum BSEE or BSCS or equivalent qualifications Proven problem-solving skills Ability to work with a minimum of direct supervision A good track record at estimating budgets and schedules and delivering on them Experience with - or qualification in - speech recognition or related technologies is highly desirable Ability and willingness to handle period peak demands Demonstrated leadership talent to provide direction, motivation and insights to the project team members Willingness to travel internationally |
