| 仕事内容 | A Global Telecommunications and Business Technology company is seeking a lead technical architect to transfer customers’ requirements into a solution, based on company products and services. The role will involve actively participating in the tendering process and development of proposals in line with customer needs, liaising and qualifying with other colleagues as necessary. MAIN DUTIES -Deliver basic, billable consulting work to a client – through call-off contracts or Professional Services packaged offers. -Stay abreast of key industry technical and business issues, options and advancements relevant to area of specialization. -Liaise with customers unaccompanied and be a recognised authority on company products and services -Note and escalate service development required to meet customer needs. -Provide a consistently high quality (billable or non-billable) technical service to existing and new customers ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained or improved. |

| 応募条件 | EXPERIENCE -Five or more years of networking/integration services consulting or technical sales support experience. -Advanced Cisco Technical certification: CCNP with more than 2 specializations, CCIE preferred. -Advanced specialization in either IP Telephony, Wireless LAN, Security or Messaging preferred MUST -Fluency in both English and Japanese (both written and oral). |
