| 仕事内容 | JOB DESCRIPTION: Leading food related product manufacturer seeks a Quality Assurance Manager for their Kansai based factory. 食品関連製品メーカーのリーダー的存在であるクライアントは、関西の工場の品質管理マネージャーを探しています。 RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure the quality assurance systems and product integrity is maintained - Ensure that products produced on site meet all quality and safety criteria - Work closely and in conjunction with the Plant Manger to formulate policies regarding quality and technical disciplines - Ensure that GMP are implemented and maintained - Investigate and resolve customer complaints and reduce level of site complaints - Ensure compliance with customer codes of practice and third party standards such as ISO • 品質保証システムの管理、商品の完全性を保つ • 製品の品質、安全性を満たしていることを確認 • プラント・マネージャーと密接に連携し、品質や技術に関する施策を策定する • GMPが性格に導入され保たれていることを確認 • 顧客の苦情解決、クレーム低減を試みる • 顧客実施基準、ISOを満たしていることを確認 |

| 応募条件 | REQUIREMENTS: - Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing - Proven results in a high quality manufacturing environment - Attention to detail, methodical in approach - At least 3 years food/chemical manufacturing experience ideal - Fluent Japanese, conversational English (reporting to overseas HQs) 必須項目 • エンジニアリング、又は、設計の学位 • 品質レベルの高いメーカーでの経験 • 事細かな部分への注意力、系統的なアプローチを取れる方 • ３年以上の食品／薬品メーカーでの経験 • 日本語：流暢、英語：日常会話（海外の本社へレポートします） |
