| 仕事内容 | Our client is currently seeking talented candidates to work with their Acquisition Team. The role will report directly to the Head of Acquisition based in Japan, and with some reporting to the investment committee members in Hong Kong and Sydney. Responsibilities: - Underwriting - Due-diligence, pricing, valuation and closing - Documentation for Sales, Purchase Sales Agreement, Loan Agreements, Trust Agreements - Due-diligence – manage due-diligence and operator companies (request to Appraisal companies and manage them) - Liaise with Engineering, Environment Research companies and Appraisal Firms - Report to Head of Acquisitions and Sidney office - Site inspection (with Staffs from overseas included) |
