| 仕事内容 | - Monitor the queues and act upon those tickets coming into their respective queues - Learn quickly when new products and services are introduced and create necessary documentation - Screening of tickets generated - Dispatching calls to the team members when necessary - Managing calls dispatched to team members - Responsible for end-to-end Call Management - Take ownership of all the tickets coming into Service group - Periodically updating calls/customer as required |

| 応募条件 | - At least 1-2 years experience in Support field - Good technical knowledge on Windows NT, 2000 & XP - Good appreciation of TCP/IP networking, should have worked on LAN/WAN technology - Excellent communication skills, should be able to deal with users at all levels within the organization - Have worked on Helpdesk environment previously - Should be a good team player - Excellent analytical and proven problem solving skills - Ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English - Make judgment as to when the problem has to be escalated and should follow-up on the calls to ensure that the user is updated and close it once the solution to provided. - Should be willing to work in shift, late nights as well as on weekends |
