| 仕事内容 | Main Responsibilities: • Work as Senior Application Engineer for Power Generation Application (gas, steam, wind turbines), in the Engineering Department, reporting to the Engineering Manager for industrial Applications. • Design and develop standard and Turn-key solutions for Turbine applications, improving customer machine performance (productivity, precision, speed, repeatability, efficiency, quality, reliability) based on hydraulic & electro-mechanical actuation and control technology. • Primary technical contact with the customer, responsible for overall technical compliance of the solution to meet the customer’s specifications and statement of work, and for the creation of complex proposals to meet customer specifications and statement of work, and for the creation of complex proposals to meet very unique and demanding customer applications. • Work effectively with members of the engineering group and with regional and international engineering resources on major projects, improving knowledge transfer and local execution capability. • Understand and adopt the established engineering & project processes to effectively deliver custom engineered solutions, contributing to effective execution of projects, and where appropriate, taking responsibility for the technical leadership & management of projects. |

| 応募条件 | Education: Mechanical (or similar) engineering Degree qualification Work Experience: • At least 5 years in designing/developing systems for Turbine applications, or as an end user of such systems in the Power Generation industry. • General awareness of Turbine machine requirements, and an ability to initiate the development of solutions to address market needs. • Direct experience and knowledge of closed loop control and/or actuation system design for the power generation industry. • System installation and customer acceptance testing at customer site (Japan and other countries). Other skills, experience or highly desirable qualifications: • Good project planning and execution skills, with proven track record of delivering solutions that meet schedule, cost and performance objectives. • Ability to provide technical leadership, planning and task supervision for a team of skilled engineers. • Knowledgeable and comfortable discussing technical requirements with customers both in Japanese and English, and should be able to interpret customer requirements to design and offer flexible solutions. • Good computer skills: MS Office, MS project, Mathcad, Matlab, ANSYS for analytical modeling. • Masters level qualification in engineering or management is also highly desirable.
