| 仕事内容 | Main Responsibilities: • Work as a Motor Product engineer in the engineering department, reporting to the EM Actuation Group Engineering manager. • Support the design and development of AC servo motors for electro-mechanical based control and actuation solutions for industrial machine control applications, such as Plastics, metal Forming/Presses, Automotive Test and many others. • Carry out motor prototyping, test jig design, product testing and performance validation. • Work with other members of the engineering Team to create detailed motor product data, drawings and technical information to support the manufacture and sale of motors. • Work with the operations team to identify and reduce customer complaints, quality problems, and productivity/lead-time problems associated with motor production. • Support the engineering team to develop motor design processes that facilitate rapid prototyping of motors, to shorten lead-times and improve ability to respond quickly to customers. |

| 応募条件 | Qualifications: Education: Mechanical or electrical related engineering degree qualification. Work Experience: • Knowledge of AC servomotor design, construction, operation and performance. • Motor design and sizing experience for various machine control applications is desirable. • Knowledge of magnetics design, preferable on larger power motors desirable e.g. 10kW+ • Familiar with the use of motor design tools such as SPEED, and with FEW tools such as J-Mag, RMexpt, Ansoft Maxwell. Other skills: • Knowledge of latest motor technology and trends. • Ability to effectively communicate with Japanese team members and Customers • Good drafting and documentation skills. • Good computer skills and proficiency with standard office software. Location: Kanagawa Language: Japanese – Business Level, English preferable Travel: frequent domestic travel. |
