| 仕事内容 | Responsible for all quality initiatives, which includes audits of documentation, products, processes, and test results within the Japan region. Resolution of customer quality issues when necessary, which may include onsite customer visits. These visits will include presenting failure analysis and corrective action information. | |
| 応募条件 | Job Specifications: - B.S. in a technical field, preferably Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer related field - Excellent writing, interpersonal, presentation, and communications skills - Fluent(read/write) in both Japanese and English - Familiarization with relevant industry standards, to include ISO 9001:2000 and IPC-A-610 - 2-4 years minimum related hardware quality experience - 2-4 years sales engineering experience preferred - Working knowledge of circuit board manufacturing - Working knowledge of failure analysis and corrective action processes - Work independently as well as in a team environment in resolving Quality System issues such as product specific or process issues. - Solid hardware or software troubling shooting skills - Basic trouble shooting skills to sub assembly level - Polished customer interface skills Licensures, Certifications: - Six Sigma (Black Belt/ Green Belt) - TQM or other quality related discipline is a plus - Working knowledge of ISO 9001/2000 is a plus |
