| 仕事内容 | -MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION: Provide Brand Assurance direction on all licensed submissions to ensure that all products developed by the licensees meet the legal and other necessary requirements, supporting licensees, account executives and Creative Services. -ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Maintain the proper use of our characters under the brand Assurance guidelines, which comply with legal requirements and creative strategies and guidelines. Creative Services is responsible for providing licensees with the suggestions an approvals as to the product designs. • Organize and expedite all products and promotional Brand Assurance for all properties. • Monitor and educate licensees in character/property knowledge and products/promotional development. • Liaise with headquarters on all critical BA issues • Train and support licensees in using the cyber BA system for all licensed submissions • Keep the supervisor(s) in the loop in the communications with licensees, BA and account executives in Japan as appropriate in order to make the communication as smooth as possible. • Provide the supervisor(s) a progress report on a regular basis (the frequency and method should be discussed and agreed with the supervisor). • Provide Sr. Creative Manager with appropriate administrative support on a regular and/ad-hoc basis. |

| 応募条件 | -JOB-RELATED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS: Education • Minimum two-year college degree or international equivalent -Knowledge/Skills • Good understanding of Japanese market and the practices in dealing with development of character merchandise. • Good understanding of US culture and mentality, fluent English. • Effective, tactful and professional communication (oral/written) with licensees, clients, internal colleagues and supervisors. • Ability to execute multiple-tasks without making mistakes. • Ability to work as a good team member • Ability to maintain calmness under work pressure and provide client-oriented services internally and externally. • Good and speedy PC and typing skills • Sufficient knowledge and skills to conduct Brand Assurance tasks for all properties through the cyber BA system. In doing so, most likely, he/she will be required to go through a one-week training session in Los Angels. -Work Experience - Minimum 5 years background required in a multi-national company in related industry or similar industries. - Work in the character business and/or licensing business is a plus |
