| 仕事内容 | There are two positions open here, one for a senior engineer and one staff level/junior Job Title: Diecasting Design Engineer Department: Compressor Process Engineering Mission · To establish standardization of Diecast design in cooperation with Branch/Division R&D & Process Engineering team. · To support the division’s preparation of Diecast investment plan in cooperation with Division Process Engineering team. Responsibilities · Create optimum diecast components design for compressors. · Standardize optimum diecast design for different product lines. · Deploy & manage standardization in divisions · Continuous improvement of standard · Support & validate division diecast design review |

| 応募条件 | Education/Training · Technical college or University(engineering major) with B.S. (bachelor of Sciene) Professional Experience · Min. 3 year of aluminium diecast process experiences. · Compressor or Hermetic component (hydraulic products application experiences -power steering/hydraulic pump parts) desired. Key Competences (Transversal/Professional) Competence Level Aluminium Die cast Knowledge 3D-CAD operation Machining process Technical documentation skill in English Understand cultural differences Languages Japanese (daily conversation level required to work with Japan division industrial team and Branch R&D) English (TOEIC 500) Other Specifications Experience in working in the feild of compressor technology for automotive firms or similar. |
