| 仕事内容 | Working mainly in the Development division of PANACHE that is into software development of web based internet-intranet applications, windows based and mobile based application for its external clients. Responsible for the successful sales of Software development projects, Software post development support, Software maintenance projects, Data extraction and integration projects, Mobile based projects etc. Specific Objectives: Work with all sales professionals and clients to ensure successful delivery of Development services; Work with the client to ensure account growth; Communicate and coordinate with the head of Development, and any other group leaders to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency; Ensure all sales proposals, contracts and estimates provide complete and precise information regarding client needs and requests with applicable profit margins; Ensure the Development Division meets all sales goals and generate profits monthly that are in accordance with the budget; Provide sales results each month for performance evaluation. Successful performance can be measured by increased revenue through growth of the number and size of clients, client retention, new business referrals and sustained customer satisfaction with company services meeting or exceeding expectations. |
