| 仕事内容 | This role involves the care and maintenance of a 24 hour data site at the offices of a large international banking organisation, at their Osaka site. You will be responsible for much of the day to day operation normally associated with the upkeep and coordination of data sites. Your duties would include: ・ Receiving shipments for installations into machine room ・ Cataloguing equipment prior to installation (for asset tracking and inventory) ・ Server rack/unrack at machine room ・ Network patch cabling work at machine room in coordination with ・ Equipment rack space allocation at machine room ・ Troubleshooting of hardware (as directed by SA staff) ・ Hardware replacement (as directed by SA staff) ・ Vendors arrangement and monitoring all onsite vendor activity ・ Machine room physical access control ・ Data center local environmental monitoring ・ Document workflows and update operation manual In addition, shift-based work is required to fulfill 24 x 7 operations support. Between 9:00 - 18:00, 13:00 - 22:00 or 17:00 - 10:00. The applicant will be required to work to keep the site covered 24 x 7 based on the monthly shift base. While this role requires very little english, Japanese skill is essential, so a minimum requirement is business level, and ideally you will have fluent or even native level ability. |

| 応募条件 | The succesful applicant, as well as being a flexible and well organised individual will also posses the following traits that make them stand out from the crowd: · Familiarity with data center environments · Applicable manufacturer hardware knowledge (i.e. HP, Sun, EMC, IBM, Mainframe) · Familiarity with computer hardware and terminology · Familiarity with networking principles, storage system architectures · Installation of servers in racks is a part of the job. Ability to physically install servers necessary. |
