| 仕事内容 | ·Meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets ·Increase market share ·Develop Sales Plans for selling into specific targeted global and regional accounts, working with Global Accounts team if required ·Key spokesperson for us in assigned territory ensuring optimal overall customer satisfaction through seamless delivery, implementation of our solution sets; pre to post-sales ·Ensures timely invoicing and collections of ongoing completed projects ·Timely reporting of sales forecasts, pipeline, and performance against assigned objectives ·Determine and identify Route-To-Market for the assigned territory; Direct and Channels Sales (including System Integrators, Value-Added Channels, Alliance Partners, Outsourcers) ·Create a sales strategy, supported by influential individuals, to sustain competitive advantages and lead implementation of a formal plan to build executive relationships with key customers ·Lead, supervise and motivate team members (Sales, Pre-sales and indirect reports) to excel in a high performance, rewarding culture ·Creative and innovate to win around internal limitations ·Undertake internal projects as assigned |

| 応募条件 | ·At least 5 years working within an IT related industry, direct and channel sales management experience is a plus ·Hospitality industry knowledge, though not mandatory, will be an added advantage ·An entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong sales and marketing skills ·Proven leadership skills to guide and motivate a direct or virtual team ·Aggressive Sales evangelizing, solution selling skills ·Highly self-driven and self-directed individual ·Work effectively across cultures in a global environment, especially regular contacts internally with HQ ·Strong team player, excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and IT literate on basic Microsoft Office Suite applications ·Bachelors degree or equivalent desired (BBA, BS or equivalent) |
