| 仕事内容 | 職務内容 業務内容 • アジア地域のサプライヤーに対する工場認定及び部品承認等品質監査 • サプライヤー品質保証指導 • サプライヤーの品質改善指導 • サプライヤー新規立上り支援 部門職務内容 • 品質要求におけるサプライヤーへの監査実施 • サプライヤーに対する各種リスクアセスメント及び改善支援 • サプライヤー新規プログラムへのAPQP(Advanced Product Quality Planning)プロセスの支援 • 量産部品承認プロセス(PPAP)の実施 • サプライヤーへの品質認証取得指導 (TS16949). • サプライヤー品質評価システムの運用と品質改善指導 • サプライヤーの品質問題解決支援 マネージャーとしての職務 1. Manage, develop, and improve the capabilities of Supplier Performance Engineers. Develop and administer policies and procedures consistent with corporate goals and objectives. 2. Support commodity strategies and lead in the quality analysis of the strategy. Support vehicle program reviews and executive gateway reviews as representatives of purchase part status. 3. Develop and implement quality strategy for chronic/focus supplier improvement. 4. Develop and implement purchased part launch strategy. 5. Interact with mfg, purchasing, and PD in the identification and development of capable suppliers. Act as an expert resource for program and supplier quality requirements. 6. Possess expertise in manufacturing processes/quality systems. In conjunction with mfg, PD, and program management, identify and resolve supply base issues and monitor databases to ensure corrective and preventive actions are effective. |
