| 仕事内容 | Core Responsibilities： ◆ Run IT Projects as a project manager: This includes scheduling, resource planning, status tracking, budgeting, cost tracking, vendor relations, documentation regulated by DB Group Standard, etc, For the systems implementation or migration projects, this position should ensure implementation/migration is successfully completed, obtained user acceptance, system administration procedure is in place, BCP for the systems is available. ◆ Participate non IT Projects as IT representative: This role includes perform assignments to IT, coordinate IT matters with other project members & IT members, provide valuable information and comments to projects as an IT professional. ◆ Key member for IT management: This role will be performed along with the Head of IT. This role includes budgeting, expense tracking, resource planning, liaison with internal/external auditors, local management and group IT management. ◆ Key member for IT management should also include analysis of IT & Security in-house rules against regulation and group standard, identify issues and coordinate actions for remediation. ◆ Any other tasks reasonably requested by the company |

| 応募条件 | 【Essential】 ◆ 4+ years project management experience in the financial market. ◆ 3+ years IT experience in Asset Management or Securities business 3+ years systems development experience ◆ Language Japanese Native Level English - Advanced(Read/Write/Listen/Speaking English ability) ◆ IT Project Management Skill ◆ Knowledge for Security Products and Security Trading flow. ◆ System Development including programming, systems design and system lifecycle. ◆ Basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure (OS, DBMS, Networking, Systems Management, IT Security) 【Desirable】 ◆ Knowledge for fund accounting and performance measurement ◆ Participated in FSA inspection or preparation project for inspection ◆ Maintain in-house rules of IT and Security |
