| 応募条件 | Candidate Qualities · Able to install/troubleshoot desktop and/or server hardware in a Windows Environment · Understand concepts of RAID and TCP/IP · Familiar with operating with a ticketing system and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) · Must be able to work in a 24x7 shift environment · Must be able to provide excellent customer service skills in both telephone and writing · Able to work in a culturally diverse team environment English Ability: Business level+ Primary communication method is English Japanese Level: Conversational |
