| 仕事内容 | 職務内容 Job description The mission of the Lean Six Sigma program is to build a culture that integrates the methodology into the daily execution of all business processes for the purposes of meeting our customer requirements and maximising value creation. Successful execution will support a winning performance culture with quantifiable results. The purpose of the position is to provide leadership in the development and execution of the Lean Six Sigma program for Operation and IT departments at minimum and potentially for throughout the company. Leadership includes establishing program goals and objectives with the support of business leadership and to ensure that the methodology becomes a fundamental way in which all processes are executed through project delivery, process management, use of tools and communication. |

| 応募条件 | 登録資格 Job qualification ・Bachelor’s degree required, Masters degree preferred ・Certified Black Belt or Master Black Belt ・6-10 years professional work experience with 4 years financial services experience ・3-5 years Black Belt or Process Improvement Experience ・Technical mastery of Six Sigma skills such as DFSS, DMAIC or Lean ・Experience in teaching Lean Six Sigma skills ・Demonstrated team leadership skills ・Demonstrated analytical skills, statistical analysis ・Strong project management and facilitation skills ・Superior written and verbal communication with all levels of the organisation ・Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must ・Flexible and consultative approach to planning and execution |
