仕事内容	* Develop and monitor annual business plans and objectives, providing updates and resolving issues in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders and Japan GM. * Execute business plans, coordinating review meetings and managing cross-functional projects while supporting the Country Manager. Description * Job Purpose Overview * Ensure smooth business operations and execution. * Lead and execute business plans. * Coordinate essential business review meetings. * Manage cross-functional projects. * Communicate and support the Country Manager. Roles & Responsibilities * Develop annual business plans in collaboration with senior management (Japan, Region/Global). * Compile plans into documents. * Arrange meetings. * Share information with colleagues. * Set and monitor company business objectives aligned with the short-term business plan. * Collect information for annual objectives. * Support the Country Manager in setting annual goals. * Provide status updates and support function leads in resolving issues. * Manage cross-functional projectsasPMO. * Build WBS. * Lead project meetings. * Support project members with action items. * Document and share information. * Arrange resources and manage budgets. * Act as secretary for regular and ad-hoc meetings chaired by the Country Manager. Profile * Comprehensive strategic consulting experience and/or experience working in business planning or finance in Pharmaceuticals. * Strong knowledge of the pharmaceuticals industry. * Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. * Exceptional presentation and communication skills. * Fluent in English and Japanese * MBA preferred, but a bachelor's degree is acceptable. * Demonstrated learning agility, ability to manage complexity, and strong communication skills.
