仕事内容	* Manage projects for supply chain and procurement initiatives with the aim of improving cost competitiveness * Collaborate with cross-functional and regional stakeholders to develop and implement key initiatives Description * Collaborate with cross-functional departments and lead initiatives that contribute to delivery of process improvement and cost competitiveness * Manage projects in the following areas: Supplier sourcing, tender management, new product introductions, and supply chain localization * Seek opportunities within sourcing and logistics processes to improve cost competitiveness and subsequently spearhead implementation across the Supply Chain function * Work with regional stakeholders to implement initivatives on across APAC countries * Analyze supply chain data to understand supply chain processes, develop insights and conclusions, and guide potential business decisions Profile * Minimum 5 years of supply chain or procurement experience * Experience in manufacturing company required (chemicals or energy sectors preferred) * Strong project management and stakeholder management experience * Fluent Japanese skills required and business level English skills preferred * Must be a resident of Japan and/or must hold a valid working visa for Japan Job Offer * Global oil & gas company that is an industry leader worldwide * Dynamic project management role that will have a financial impact on wider business * Opportunity to work with multiple departments across multiple countries * Opportunity to report directly to Global HQ * Competitive salary package and benefits * Hybrid remote work option available To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
