仕事内容 |
The role is to coordinate either import/export/domestic delivery and pickup by communicating with global clients. Description * Coordinate import, export, and domestic delivery and pickup logistics for clients, liaising with both clients and counterparts. * Manage communication with clients and internal teams via phone calls and emails, covering various aspects such as import/export processes, arrival of cargo, customs formalities, and other related inquiries. * Maintain accurate records and documentation of all communication and coordination activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. * Continuously strive to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by implementing best practices and optimizing processes in coordination and communication workflows.
